How do I verify my account with KYC?

First, head to the home page of your PiCkWin account!

Tap the tab below, then tap Settings:

You'll then see this window, which walks you through the steps.

As you can see, your email has to be verified first. So let's start there.

Enter your email address in the field provided. Then tap Confirm.

You'll get an email at the address you just entered. Here's what it looks like:

Enter the verification code like this:

You've now finished the first step. Your email address has been verified.

Now tap "Verify now" to continue verifying your account with KYC.

Once this window opens, agree to the message shown and tap "start".

Select the country that issued the ID document you're going to upload. Select which type of ID document you're uploading.

You'll then be asked to take a photo of your document right away. Front first, then back.

You'll also be asked to take a nice selfie! Watch out for shadows and lighting, and make the photo as clear as possible! Above all, make sure it isn't blurry. 😉
